Spray nozzle
All kinds of cooling nozzles: High pressure nozzles designed to produce a 3 to 10 micron size water droplets.
These nozzles operate by oscillating an impeller within a chamber at high frequency, shattering the water as it is forced out at.008 orifice.
Applications for these nozzles include greenhouses, outdoor cooling, humidity control, odor neutralization, dust suppression, animal cooling, and anywhere a fine, pure water droplet is required. These nozzles are also used on our fan rings for aspirated fog applications.
We have these nozzles fabricated in brass with a stainless steel impeller chamber and in solid 316 stainless steel. Each nozzle is mated to an anti-drip valve (check valve) that snaps each nozzle off @ 65psi. This feature reduces nozzle maintenance and will defeat the drip that can occur when the system is shut off or staged.
The nozzle and the anti-drip valve are available separately, the check ball and spring are also available to rebuild the valve body. *? = 1 micron or 1/1000 of a millimeter

Capable of achieving total evaporative cooling potentiality even in climates with high relative humidity.
